Indianapolis – Two people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting Sunday in the northwest of Indianapolis, officials said.
Around 2 a.m., the agents of the Indianapolis metropolitan police department responded to a parking lot on the shore, where they found five people suffering from ball injury, according to a press release. Police said two of these people had been declared dead on the scene, while the other three were taken to the hospital.
The police said that two other people who were believed to have been shot in the same incident asked for help by themselves: one entered a hospital and the other in a fire station.
An investigation continues.
