Van Alstyne, Texas (Kxii) – A frontal collision killed three people in Van Alstyne on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident involved three cars on FM-3133 just west of Jim Cannon Road in Van Alstyne, TX.
One adult man and two children were declared dead. One person is in Baylor Scott & White in McKinney, TX with serious injuries. Another person has been treated and released on the scene.
Although the accident is still under investigation, the DPS of Texas noted that a vehicle was passing through an area without passing and caused the head accident.
The Grayson County Sheriff office and the Van Alstyne and EMS fire helped.
