Trump ordered to make control of the National Guard to Gavin Newsom by the federal judge: “ his actions were illegal ” ‘
A federal judge ruled that Donald Trump’s takeover of the California National Guard was illegal and ordered the president to return control to Governor Gavin Newsom.
It is a rare victory for the Golden State in the middle of Trump’s radical response to protests against ice raids in Los Angeles. But judge Charles R. Breyer suspended his prescription until noon on Friday, giving the Trump administration enough time to deposit an emergency appearance. The administration also wanted to challenge the decisions of the lower courts, which means that no matter how such a call takes place, it is unlikely that things will soon change in Los Angeles.

Trump Federalized the California National Guard on Saturday and deployed them to “support” ice personnel, after multiple demonstrations were born in places in Los Angeles and the surrounding area in response to a sudden increase in ice raids this weekend. The state brought legal action against deployment on Tuesday, and Newsom alleged that Trump’s actions starting with the increase in ice raids were intended to cause disturbances specifically to justify the climbing of the administration.
The administration has since exaggerated on several occasions the scope and the extent of the demonstrations and even told purely and simple lies on the situation in order to justify climbing.
The decision comes only a few hours after the shocking scene of Wilshire Federal Building, where the Senator of California Thursday morning, Alex Padilla, was violently pushed violently on the ground by DHS agents on live television after trying to enter the room where the interior security secretary Kristi Noem was holding a press conference. Padilla was dragged and the room and handcuffed later.
During his remarks, among others, Noem continued to state lies on what is happening in Los Angeles, and openly declared that his goal was to illegally overthrow the city government for reasons, literally and purely ideological.
