Trump offers a determination of the wildest illegal migration

As part of the Biden administration, sneaking in the United States could have seemed a free journey to prosperity. Under the Trump administration, it could be a single -way ticket for an African region torn apart by the war.

Immigration lawyers claim that the Trump administration has expelled at least two illegal migrants from Myanmar and Vietnam in South Sudan, according to court documents. After an emergency hearing, judge Brian E. Murphy of the Massachusetts District District Tribunal judged that US officials had to keep the custody and the control of these deportees, reports the Associated Press (AP). The United States must “maintain custody and control of class members currently kidnapped in South Sudan or any other third country, to ensure the practical feasibility of return if the court concludes that such moves were illegal,” said Murphy, AP. He did not order their return, despite the petition of lawyers for this purpose. (In relation: Trump cannot keep a crucial promise without reducing the sabotage of paperwork)

“I will not order that the plane turns around,” said the judge, according to the New York Times, apparently referring to the ordinance of the judge of the American district court James Boasberg to stop the expulsion of alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (ADD) in El Salvador.

One of the deportees was a “Burmese national with a limited English jurisdiction” which “refused to sign the notice of referral to South Sudan which was only provided to him in English”, according to court documents.

“At 8:27 am PT, a detention agent of the Port Isabel detention center replied that [the Burmese migrant] had been removed “this morning”. I sent an email to ask which country [the Burmese migrant] was deleted and the officer replied at 8:36 am, the PT, “Sudan du Sud”, wrote Jacqueline Brown, a lawyer associated with the case, in a declaration filed on May 20. Since this man does not speak the official language of the United States anyway, his deportation to South Sudan seems to be a fantastic opportunity of linguistic immersion. Students would have paid thousands for such practical instructions and to study abroad. (Related: The Republicans of the house must deposit Google Translate)

In anticipation of the apoplectic liberals who are gonna teeth to this news, I offer a question: what is wrong with Sudan?

After all, Sudan is rich in fertile land, gold, diamonds, iron ore and oil, among other natural resources, according to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The country is home to a band of African ethnic groups, including Didinga and Baka. Particularly absent is a large percentage of Vietnamese or Burmese citizens. It is a fantastic trade for all parties involved. South Sudan will collect the advantages of cultural enrichment offered by migrants. Imagine restaurants! The United States will be rid of men who have flouted our immigration laws, sending a clear message to those who could have followed in their place: this way lies a lottery to the Sudanese dream.

Deportee lawyers cite a plethora of conditions in South Sudan, which makes him inhospitable: a bloody civil war, abuses of the power of the state, extrajudicial executions and the beheading of civilians. Maybe the country simply suffers from a lack of diversity. If illegal migration is really such a boon towards cultural and economic production, this decision is really a gift from the United States to South Sudanese. We must congratulate the Trump administration for their generosity.
