Newark, New Jersey, Mayor Ras Baraka continued the first prosecutor of her state on Tuesday, Alina Habba, during her arrest last month in a detention center for her city immigration.
Baraka’s trial alleys that Habba has falsely arrested, continued in a maliciously and diffammed the Democratic Mayor.
Habba is the former personal defense lawyer for President Donald Trump and his choice for the acting lawyer for the Garden State.
The federal civil prosecution filed in the American district court of New Jersey occurs just over two weeks after Habba said that his office abandoned his file against Baraka “to move forward”.
