Trump in settlement speaks more than 60 minutes of maintenance of Kamala Harris

President Trump and Paramount Global are in “active settlement discussions” in the midst of a trial that Trump brought against the company for an interview that CBS ‘ 60 minutes Broadcast last year with the president of the time, Kamala Harris.
The revelation came in a motion filed on Friday by Trump lawyers requesting an extension within the deadlines of his trial against Paramount Global, the parent company of CBS.
The motion stipulates that the two parties “respectively respect the good cause to extend the deadlines set out in the table below, because the parties are engaged in active settlement discussions, including continuous mediation.”
Trump alleys into the trial that CBS News broadcast a “strongly falsified interview” with Harris to help him in the elections by modifying certain responses in a manner that induced viewers misleading. Trump’s team alleges that this constitutes a violation of the Texas Consumer Protection Act covering misleading advertising and the Lanham law project, a brand law.
As indicated above, the two parties are currently in mediation talks to try to resolve the costume.
Paramount would have previously offered $ 15 million to resolve the trial, which he also sought to reject earlier this year. Meanwhile, the FCC reviews the interview via its “news distortion”.
The deposit comes two weeks after Paramount Global added three new directors of board of directors because it deals not only from the trial, but also of the proposed merger of Skydance Media and Paramount Global.
Earlier this month, the Paramount Shari Redstone chair revealed that it had received a diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
