Trump and Musk will speak on Friday after the public eruption – Redstate

I chose a bad time to be in the air almost all day because it was wild in politics. As Redstate reported, President Donald Trump and Elon Musk came to rhetorical shots on the “big and beautiful bill”, with a back and forth online for hours, covering several messages and blows.
At one point, Musk struck several former Trump posts calling for discounts, the president responding by saying that the United States could save money by canceling Musk’s government contracts. But even if I could spend time chronicling each message, I prefer to publish some of the memes, because it was the only good thing that came out of the projection.

So where are things about here? If you had asked me that earlier in the evening, I would not have thought it was repairable, but apparently peace could be on the horizon. According to Politico, the aid of the White House have already set up a telephone call between the two men, which should take place on Friday.
Signs of emerging truce in the increasingly bitter confrontation between two of the most powerful men in the world.
President Donald Trump projected an air of nonchalance in an interview Thursday with Politico during a day of spell on social networks with Elon Musk.
In addition, the aid of the White House, after having worked to persuade the president to temper his Musk public criticism to avoid climbing, planned a call on Friday with the billionaire CEO of Tesla to negotiate a peace.
“Oh, it’s okay,” Trump told Politico during a brief phone call when he asked him about the very public break with his open megabacker. “It’s going very well, never done better.” Trump praised his favorability notes by saying: “The figures are through the roof, the highest polls that I have ever had and I have to go.”
Letting the Unges be over would certainly be the preferable result here for the Republicans. Musk was a powerful ally, having spent nearly $ 100 million in the 2024 elections, with perhaps his greatest contribution being the purchase of Twitter. As most readings are aware, the site has been recent as a platform for freedom of expression and was a boon to proliferate conservative messaging.
That said, Musk is not president, and maybe a good night’s sleep will remind him of this. This does not mean that he cannot disagree with Trump. This kind of honest discussions can often be a good thing in politics, but the way it all happened in public with such a vitriol has helped anyone. However, he had practically dizzy democrats. We will see if everyone can hug him on Friday.
