Liverpool would be ready to make an improved offer for the Newcastle United striker, Alexander Isak, in the coming days.
The Swedish international has been one of the best performers in the Premier League lately, and it would be a declaration of the Reds if they could bring it to Anfield.
Liverpool has already had a big offer for Isak rejected by Newcastle, and BBC Sport added in their report that the giants of the Merseyid may not return to him because the agreement seems unrealistic.

Does Liverpool really need Isak?
Liverpool has already signed Hugo Ekitike as a new striker this summer, so there may be an argument to say that they should not also get a fortune on Isak.
Ekitike shone in Eintracht Frankfurt last season and it would probably be a bit of a waste of his talent to move him largely to make way for Isak.
