Trailer for the Harlan Coben Netflix series with James Nesbitt

Harlan Coben’s Netflix machine that brought the world Fool me once continues to whir.
The trailer dropped for Run away, the latest high-stakes thriller from one of the world’s most successful adaptation writers.
Run away stars James Nesbitt as Simon, whose eldest daughter Paige runs away and everything falls apart. Now, when he finds her vulnerable and drugged in a city park, he finally has the chance to bring his little girl home. But it turns out she’s not alone, and an argument escalates into shocking violence. Simon loses his daughter again and his search to find her will lead him into a dangerous underworld, revealing deep secrets that could tear his family apart forever.
The series also stars Minnie Driver, Ruth Jones and Harry Potter. star Alfred Enoch.
This is the latest in a long line of Coben Netflix thrillers, which includes Fool me once, Netflix’s most watched TV show of 2024. It was followed by I miss you. Coben also recently directed Lazarus for Prime Video. Coming to Netflix is an American adaptation of I will find you with Sam Worthington.
Run away is made with Coben’s long-time writing partner Danny Brocklehurst and producer Nicola Shindler, whose Quay Street Productions is once again producing. It also stars Lucian Msamati, Jon Pointing, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Annette Badland, Maeve Courtier-Lilley, Ellie de Lange, Adrian Greensmith, Ellie Henry, Ingrid Oliver, Finty Williams, Joe McGann and Amy Gledhill.
Coben is in EP with Shindler, lead writer Brocklehurst, Richard Fee and Nimer Rashed.
