Tottenham Snap Up Up Japan International Defender

Tottenham confirmed the signing of the international in Japan Kota Takai.
The 20 -year -old defender joined the Spurs of Front Kawasaki for a five -year contract for the costs that are in the region of 5 million pounds sterling.
Takai made his last appearance for Kawasaki during the 2-1 defeat of Kashima from Kashima.

The central rear of 6 feet 4 inches made its debut in an 8-0 victory against Guangzhou in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the team, by making 81 senior appearances and by helping them reach the final of the Champions League of AFC 2025.
He made his international debut last September against China.
Higher walls await me – Takai
Speaking on the field after Kashima’s match, Takai confirmed that he was leaving the J. League to continue his career in Europe.
He said: “I decided to pursue another goal that I have since I have been small: playing football in Europe.
“From now on, I think there will be higher walls that will wait for me than ever, but I would like to fully use the experiences that I have accumulated so far.”
Takai becomes the third player to finish a move to the Spurs this summer with Kevin Danso and Mathys Telle making the loan agreements of last season.
