Tottenham Hotspur was linked to a decision for Aston Villa Morgan Rogers midfielder this summer.
The 23 -year -old is a player in demand and he was on the radar of several clubs. He is one of the best young talents in the Premier League at the moment, and he was rightly chosen as a young player of the PFA year recently.
Morgan Rogers is an elite perspective
He has the ability to become a high -level player with good advice. Joining a big club could be able to bring out the best of him. Tottenham needs more creativity and advanced in the last third, and Rogers would be an exceptional acquisition.
Rogers contributed 14 goals and 16 assists last season. He could improve with more experience, and play alongside the quality players superior to Tottenham could bring out the best of him.
However, Tottenham should pay a huge sum of money to convince Aston Villa. According to Football Insider, the player is a dream signing for Thomas Frank.
Can Tottenham sign Rogers?
Pete O’Rourke said: “Obviously, he would be a signature dream for Tottenham, if they could land someone like Morgan Rogers – there is a lot of admiration there and that he would check a lot of boxes.
“Unai Emery has been restricted on the transfer market, so he will not really want to lose one of his star players, his price of prices, and there is no doubt that Morgan Rogers is that.
“It would be a huge transfer fees for Aston Villa to even consider selling it.”
It will be interesting to see how the situation is developing. Aston Villa is looking to build a great team, and they will not want to sell one of their best players. Tottenham will have to pay an absurd sum of money to convince Aston Villa to sell the player this summer.
