In one of his last acts as president, Daniel Levy signed Mathys Tel in an agreement of 30 million pounds sterling for Tottenham, but he has been far from navigation for French so far.

It will therefore not be eligible to make a single appearance in the Champions League only after the league phase, if they even go so far, with an expert John Wenham suggesting that the Northern Londoners could regret the type of transaction they have obtained for such.
