Tottenham accepts transfer costs of 55 million pounds sterling for Mohammed Kudus from West Ham – Source

Tottenham Hotspur accepted costs of around 55 million pounds Sterling ($ 74.7 million) to sign West Ham Mohammed Kudus midfielder, a confirmed source at James Olley d’Espn.

The Ghana international agreed with a six -year contract, with a medical set over the next 48 hours, added a source.

ESPN previously pointed out that West Ham had rejected an offer of 50 million pounds sterling ($ 67.9 million) of spurs.

Kudus, 24, has a release clause of 85 million pounds sterling in his contract which can only be activated by other Premier League clubs, but West Ham was willing to let him go at lower prices.

Kudus, who had previously been on the Chelsea radar, joined West Ham in 2023 from Ajax and has become a leading target for the new boss of Spurs Thomas Frank this summer.

He played 80 games for West Ham, scoring 19 goals and contributing 13 assists.
