Top runs scorer and top wicket-taker in the 2025 Women’s World Cup

InsideSport takes a look at the players with the most runs and wickets at the 2025 Women’s World Cup.

The Women’s World Cup started a few days back and 15 matches have already been completed, in India and Sri Lanka. Tuesday’s match between Sri Lanka and New Zealand saw rain wreak havoc; both team settled for a point each after no result was possible. Australia is at the top of the standings, followed by England, South Africa and India.

Having said that, India has been poor in their last two outings, and need a major turnaround, in order to qualify for the semis. Nonetheless, their have been some scintillating performances not only from India, but from other countries as well. Insidesport takes a look at the highest run-getters and the highest wicket-takers at the Women’s World Cup 2025.

For now, Sophie Devine has been the best batter in the competition, leading the charts with a ton and two fifties, while Australia’s Annabel Sutherland has been the best bowler, with 10 wickets in 3 matches, including a fifer vs India.
