Houston, Texas (Ktrk) – The man found guilty of manslaughter guilty in the death by 2022 in 2022 by Arlene Alvarez, 9, was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in prison.
On Tuesday, a jury condemned Tony Earls of manslaughter guilty on February 14, 2022, shooting. It only took the jurors to deliberate before returning before returning with a guilt verdict.
It was 2022 Valentine’s Day that the investigators said that Earls and his wife had been stolen under the threat of a firearm at an automatic counter in the Gulfgate region.

The police said that Earls had opened fire on the fiery thief, but rather hit a passing truck. Arlene, who was a passenger in this vehicle, underwent a deadly shot in the head.
Prosecutors said Earls was recklessly choosing to shoot after the flight.
