The American version of Tiktok can be purchased by an investor consortium which includes Oracle, Silver Lake and Andreessen Horowitz. It is according to a new report by the Wall Street Journal.
The news has a day before the Tiktok deadline on September 17 to be purchased by American shareholders or may be prohibited in the country.
The representatives of Tiktok, Oracle, Silver Lake, Horowitz or the White House did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Thewrap.
