The Monsterversse continues to develop with the next outing of Godzilla x Kong: supernovastruck American theaters on March 26, 2027. But the action is not limited to Hollywood because Japan has its own major plans.
According to a new Bloomberg report, there are currently three theatrical films Godzilla in development in Japan, including the sequences of the two Godzilla less one And Shin Godzilla.
While following Minus one had already been confirmed, the news of another Shin Godzilla Entrance is a welcome surprise for longtime fans.

Now, a third Japanese project Godzilla would be in development, and it takes an unexpected turn.
According to the first reports, it will be an original story that does not present Godzilla at all, but will rather focus on one of his emblematic enemies, such as Mechagodzilla or Rodan, or potentially even Mothra.
