This 2-ingredient protein yogurt is my new post-training ritual

I’m still looking for means of Increase my protein intake. These amino acids are essential to repair and maintain the tissues and organs of the body and to develop muscles.

Enter the protein yogurt: a simple mixture with two ingredients of basic Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder which gives a taste and consistency similar to the frosting.

The manufacture of protein yogurt is so easy, it would almost certainly arouse eye jets from the types of Martha Stewart, but for the fast and nutritious meal options, the objective is not to impress a famous chef – it is to nourish and Satier.
Simply mix the ¾ cups (usually a portion) of your favorite Greek yogurt and a portion powder portion scoop with vanilla or vanilla frosting together. That’s it.

Yogurt with a higher fat content will produce an even more creamy feeling. It is not necessary that it is Greek, although I like the texture. For our vegan friends, this includes varieties of peas, hemp and brown rice which can also be mixed in cashews without dairy products, almonds or coconut.
