Deadpool / Batman’s disclosed panels reveal a shocking shared story by Captain America and Wonder Woman

This week, Marvel Comics teams up with DC Comics for Marvel / DC: Deadpool / Batman # 1A long -awaited crossing between the two companies. In the main story, a mixture of science and magic will bring the Merc with the mouth to Gotham City, but Chip Zdarsky and Terry Dodson Captain America / Wonder Woman Backup adopts a very different approach.

In this, the Marvel and DC universes are, and have always been, a great reality shared by the heroes of the two worlds. Consequently, Steve Rogers and Diana Prince have a shared story, including the fateful day that Captain America was removed from ice by her, Iron Man, Thor, La Guêpe and Superman.

We also learn that Steve prevented Wonder Woman from killing Maxwell Lord, and that she was linked with him during the superhuman civil war.

The bleeding cool has shared several panels disclosed from Marvel / DC: Deadpool / Batman # 1Confirming that they both fought during the Second World War, faced with Hitler Ensemble.

It was the first time they met, and it seems that their friendly friendship was forged when Diana prevented Steve from shooting the Nazi dictator as revenge for his role in the death of millions. Or not. We will have to wait until Wednesday to discover it.

This crossover should only last two numbers, but hope is that it will succeed enough to generate more meetings between these characters.

Zdarsky wrote various Marvel and DC titles, including Batman And Daredevil. His approach, a world where the Avengers and Justice League have always coexisted, is undoubtedly the most exciting and the most intriguing, and this world is sure to be the one that fans want to spend much more time to go ahead.
