The woman accuses Maxwell Hairston of sexual assault bills

A woman from Ohio continued the choice of the draft of the Buffalo Bills Maxwell Hairston, accusing her of having sexually assaulted him in 2021 when they both attended the University of Kentucky.

According to the trial, tabled on Tuesday, Hairston met the woman, who identified as Rebecca Hendryx, at the beginning of 2021, while they lived in the same dorm.

In March, according to the trial, Hairston went to Hendryx’s room without being invited and followed her in his room after refusing to spend time with him. After Hendryx “[expressed] … his non-interest in participation in sexual intercourse with him several times, “Hairston” has “forcefully removed” his pajama shorts and assaulted her sexually, according to the trial.

Hairston, who was not accused of a crime, and his agent did not immediately respond to messages asking for comments on Wednesday.

A spokesperson for invoices refused to comment, referring to the comments of the director general Brandon Beane in April after the team selected HaiSton with the 30th choice of NFL recovery. At the time, Beane said that the team “fully investigated” an allegation of sexual assault of 2021, that HaiSton was “an impeccable child” and “it seems nothing to be there”.

According to the trial, Hendryx reported the alleged incident to the police “in a few hours” and received a nursing exam for sexual assault (Sane) at the hospital after talking to the police. The trial does not specify the outcome of the Hendryx police report or the healthy examination, and the lawyers of Hendryx refused to provide documents for the application of the law or the university which they may have “due to certain information must be maintained confidential”.

A Lexington police spokesperson said the department had no report corresponding to an allegation of sexual assault against HaiSton. A spokesperson for the Fayette County Sheriff’s Bureau did not immediately respond to requests for comments on Wednesday.

Dani Jaffe, spokesperson for the University of Kentucky and the University Police, said that they could not comment on the trial, but that “allegations of sexual assault were doing an in-depth investigation and could involve the police, title IX, the conduct of students and other legal entities. If and when accusations are guaranteed, or if a student has been judged to Disciplinary are deposited and continued to protect our student, such charges and disciplinary measures are deposited and prosecuted to protect our students.

Hendryx was transferred from the university in 2021, according to the trial.
