She is beauty and grace, she is officially Miss USA.
Miss USA crowned Miss Nebraska, Audrey Eckertas the 2025 winner at Nevada’s Grand Sierra Resort on October 24, marking the state’s second winner in the national competition after Sarah Rose Summers triumphed in 2018.
Following her victory, Eckert will travel to Thailand in November to compete for the coveted Miss Universe 2025 title.
The 23-year-old beat out 50 other contestants representing every state for the title of Miss USA in the pageant, co-hosted by Emmanuel Acho And Olivia Jordan. She competed against the other women in the national costume competition, the preliminary competition and the final round in front of the judges. Nia Sanchez, Jade Tolbert, Sasha Farber, Kenneth Barlis And Hannah Edwards gave it the highest overall rating, earning it the coveted crown.
And while 73 other beauty contestants before her have worn the iconic tiara, there was a notable difference this year for the winners’ ceremony.
A few hours before the final round, the winner of Miss USA 2024 Alma Cooper revealed that she would not attend the final show to pass on the sash and crown as has been done in previous years.
