Prosecutor General Pam Bondi said she had ordered the accusations

The American prosecutor general ordered the abolition of charges against a doctor accused of destroying COVVI-19 vaccines worth $ 28,000 (£ 20,742), distributing false vaccination file cards and giving children salt blows instead of the vaccine at the request of their parents.

Pam Bondi said that Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr. “gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so.” He had been charged by the Ministry of Justice under the Biden administration in 2023.

The plastic surgeon was already tried in Utah, where he had pleaded not guilty of all the accusations, including the conspiracy in order to defraud the United States.

The acting American lawyer for the UTAH district, Felice John Viti, deposited her place to reject the accusations on Saturday, saying that it was “in the interest of justice”.

Dr. Moore has been accused of providing fraudulently completed vaccination certificates for more than 1,900 doses of vaccine, the UTAH US prosecutor’s office said in 2023.

These would have been provided, without administering the vaccine, for a load of $ 50 (£ 37), in exchange for direct cash or donations to a specific charity.

The government has also accused him of having given children to the request of their parents so that “children think they were receiving a COVVI-19 vaccine”, according to the American prosecutor’s office.

He was accused alongside his company – Plastic Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Inc. – and three other people to defraud in the United States and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Bondi wrote on X on Saturday that she had ordered the Ministry of Justice to abandon the accusations because Dr. Moore “did not deserve the years in prison with which he was confronted”.

She said that the American representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Senator Mike Lee, both Republicans, had brought the case to her attention, calling them champions to “end the weapons of the government”.

Lee thanked the Attorney General for having “standing with the countless Americans who endured too many lies, mandates and official locking during the cocovan”.

Dr. Moore and other accused have had up to 35 years in prison for several accusations, according to the Associated Press news agency.

The current Secretary in the United States of Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., led a group for eight years, the defense of children’s health, which has repeatedly presented the safety and efficiency of vaccination.

Kennedy said in the past year that he was not “anti-vacation” and will “take away person’s vaccines”.
