The twins have again excluded the brewers, extend the victories sequence at 13

MILWAUKEE – There is no mystery concerning what triggered the Twins of Minnesota during their sequence of 13 consecutive victories.

Their pitching staff is on a jet unlike anything before in the history of twins.

The Minnesota recorded its third consecutive laundering in a 7-0 victory against the Brewers Milwaukee on Saturday evening. The Twins granted six points in the third round of an 8-6 victory in Baltimore on Wednesday, but they have not abandoned it since.

This section of 33 consecutive whitening rounds is the longest sequence of these twins, who started in 1961. They had three longer bleaching sequences when they were the Washington senators, but the most recent of these took place in 1913.

This sequence includes three consecutive victories, one feat that the Twins accomplished in July 2004. Chris Paddack gave three strokes in seven rounds during a triumph of 4-0 in Baltimore on Thursday. Joe Ryan and Pablo Lopez each granted two strokes in six rounds the last two nights in Milwaukee.

“You want to follow suit,” said Lopez after Saturday’s match. “You want to be the guy who continues to continue. Joe did it after Paddack. I wanted to do it after Joe. I woke up today by feeling so motivated and feeling ready that I want to continue this. I want to be on the mound and feel these energies.

This represents the second longest sequence of victories in the history of Twins. They won 15 games in a row in 1991, the year they won their last World Series championship.

It is also the second consecutive year that Twins have produced a sequence of victories of at least 12 games.

They are the first MLB team to win at least 12 consecutive games in consecutive seasons since Cleveland did in 2016-2017. The only other team from one of the main male sports leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, NNH) to accomplish this feat is the Golden State Warriors, who had sequences of this length in 2014-2015, 2015-16 and 2016-17.

Each of the last two years, the twins have used a long sequence of victories to bounce back after a slow start.

Last year, the Twins experienced a departure of 7-13 before depositing 12 consecutive victories, but they finally missed the playoffs after losing seven of their last eight games. This year, the twins were 13-20 before winning 13 consecutive.

The pitching has entered this turnaround.

“It was a fairly pleasant race that the boys took place, but I would prefer not to talk about it too much,” said twins director Rocco Baldelli. “I would just prefer to let them continue to play as they play and throw the way they are in order.”

The starters of Minnesota went combined 1-5 with an MPM of 6.90 in the first 10 games of the Twins. They are 15-4 with an MLB-Leading 2.46 MPM in the 36 games since.

“Once you have somehow wet your feet to start the year, spring, you can get a good routine, get the calendar mapped after these days off and a few rains,” said Bailey Ober, who went 4-1 with an MPM of 3.72. “I have the impression that we are just resuming the schedules and doing our thing.”

The enclosure of the lifts was even better. The twins readers have granted a deserved race on 38⅓ sleeves since May 6.

“The most important thing is that we beat the area with strikes,” said Danny Coulombe, who has worked 16⅔ sleeves this season without allowing a race. “We have a lot of very good things in this enclosure of the readers, so when you beat the area with good things, good things are generally happening.”

This exceptional pitch helped twins to resolve injuries to key position players while they are fighting for position in the busy Central. Minnesota is second in the division, four games behind the Detroit Tigers.

The Corlos Correa and the Central Player by Central Byron Buxton’s List of the List of Wounds by the seven-day concussion after colliding while pursuing a shallow fly ball on Thursday. The Willia Castro public service was also released from the alignment on Saturday after speaking on a ball on its right knee during a 3-0 victory in Milwaukee on Friday.

Even with some of his most prominent strikers, the twins managed to ride him. This helps when the launchers allow no race at all.
