Senior officials in Donald Trump’s administration have confirmed they have launched a broad team of government officials designed to help target the president’s perceived adversaries over their alleged weaponization of the government against him.
Attorney General Pam Bondi, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox News Digital that the administration created the Interagency Weapons Task Force. Gabbard said members have been meeting every two weeks since April.

A group of dozens of federal government officials, including U.S. intelligence agents, helped guide President Donald Trump’s campaign of retaliation against his perceived enemies, according to government documents and a source familiar with the matter.
The interagency weapons working group, which has been meeting since at least May, brought together officials from the White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Departments of Justice and Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Communications Commission, among other agencies, according to two of the documents.
Senior Trump officials told Fox News that the group aimed to develop the executive order to end the “arming” of the government. They also peddled false claims that this effort was a necessary response to the Biden administration’s militarization of the federal government against conservatives.
“I created this task force to begin the important work of interagency coordination under President Trump to ensure accountability,” Gabbard told Fox News, adding, “True accountability is the first step toward lasting change.” »
