The superstar of the Pete Alonso dishes is referring to the place where he wants to play next season
Pete Alonso is already an element in New York Mets history. Will it be an element of the team’s programming next season?
The Alonso free agency last year was exhausting for all those involved. Until February, it was necessary, just before the opening of spring training, so that the five-time All-Star accepts a $ 54 million contract over two years to return to the food, with an opt-out after the current season.

“We will see what’s going on. I love it, it’s great, but you can’t predict anything,” said Alonso. “I focus on the test to pass this thing through the finish line so that we can go to the playoffs and do damage. I haven’t really thought of the free agent until we’re talking about it right now.
“I mean, yes, it would be great to stay, but … Whatever happens, you know? I can’t have the crystal ball. I want me to be able, but we will see,” he added, laughing at the end.
Alonso is 31 years old in December, and this could well be its best chance to collect a long -term agreement. You might think for him to leave New York, this agreement should be on the table of another team, but not his current team.
It has been obvious for a long time that Alonso likes to be a MET. This winter will be the ultimate test of the quantity that team decision -makers love it.
