The slate of the heavy house for Real Salt Lake begins against St. Louis City

A more user -friendly calendar in July has a real salt lake hoping that it can rush in the playoff position.
“Home matches are always an opportunity that you have to take full strength, so we are buzzing on this subject,” said defender Justen Glad. “We know that we have to get points, climb the table then go above this line of playoffs. So, yes, we are delighted with the opportunity.”
They should be, in particular with the difficulty of St. Louis City who makes the trip to the west for a Saturday evening match in Sandy, Utah.
RSL (5-10-4, 19 points) is currently 13th in the western table, seven points behind Austin for the last place of the Conference qualifiers. Only the nine best teams of each conference take place towards the playoffs.
To come back to the photo of the playoffs, RSL must enjoy playing four of its five games this month at home. And although his best player, Diego Luna (eight goals from the team), will be absent because he plays for the United States during the Gold Cup championship match on Sunday, he has to play three points against an opponent who has only won once in three months.
While RSL comes out of a 1-1 draw on June 28 at Sporting Kansas City, St. Louis (3-11-6, 15 points) drinks in town after a dull defeat 1-0 the same night in Houston. The same offensive misfortunes that haunted it most of the year were there for the last defeat, because St. Louis did not succeed in the frame before the eighth minute of downtime in the second period.
“If we are going to be a team that tries to build and play through opponents or opponents, the final objective is to always try to create the photo from it or at least create the ball in the last third,” said the acting coach of St. Louis, David Crichley. “We were not good enough with our accumulation.”
Since the start of 2-0-2, St. Louis has had a 1-11-4 file in his last 16 games. A defense that held him in the matches has lost his shape in the last 11 games, conceding 25 goals.
Joao Klauss has achieved six best goals, including four in the last three games.
Veteran Johnny Russell counted in the last two games for Salt Lake.
