The senior producer “additional” Adam Weissler to leave after 25 years

The main producer awarded at Emmy Emmy, Adam Weissler, is out .
Weissler is the main film of the show, music, awards ceremony and talent booker for over 25 years. Its release is part of a greater restructuring on the magazine half an hour before its 32nd season.
Weissler joined the production of telepictures in 2000 to restore relations with industry when Additional made the decision to move away from the tabloid format and return to a destination suitable for talents.
During his stay at AdditionalWeissler was the first to interview the rising artists Katy Perry, Norah Jones, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith. He also obtained exclusive interviews with Taylor Swift, Cher, Madonna and Clint Eastwood. He created free moments with talents such as car pipes with Hugh Jackman and off -site recordings with Arnold Schwarzenegger, as well as Nterviews on site with Chadwick Boseman and the cast of Black panther.
Weissler also supervised and coordinated musical performances for the show with Swift, Lionel Richie, Nelly Furtado and more, both in the studio and on an outdoor set with a live audience. He added the role of musical correspondent to his CV in 2011 and presented emerging musical artists like Dua Lipa, Gracie Abrams and Thomas Rhett.
Apart from Extra, Weissler is a recurring guest moderator at the Grammy Museum and the National Association of Music Merchants.
“It is always a pleasure exposing the public to new upward artists, as well as to honor the legendary talents who create and always occur,” said Weissler. “I intend to continue the two efforts in my next chapter, as well as to explore new projects that encouraged me very.”
Before AdditionalWeissler was a producer at KCBS-TV, KNBC-TV and NBC Productions. He received a Golden Mike Award for his Sinatra Owraology in Kcbs. He received his Los Angeles Emmy for producing the CBS 2 Morning News.
Weissler also produced special movie specials on NBC as Machos of movies And Main film ladies.
