The Scream 7 spoilers reveal details on the opening of the Ghostface killed; First trailer on the way
Each Shout The film opens with a death of Ghostface which opens the way to what will happen, and generally ends up being the remarkable sequence of the film.
Rumors of the opening scene of CRI 7 have now been shared online (via Fearhq.com), and, if they are precise, they reveal exactly which characters are involved, as well as the location of the murders.
Major spoilers follow.
Apparently, the sequence finds a couple (played by Michelle Randolph and Jimmy Tatro) checking in an airbnb with a sinister story: the house belonged to one of the original ghosts, Stu Macheer (Matthew Lillard). The couple is then hunted down and killed by the last embodiment of the masked maniac, which burns the building to the ground after sending their victims.
Lillard was confirmed to come back as a STU, but it is very unlikely to put these murders as Ghostface (discover more below).

Neve Campbell will be back as Sidney Prescott for Scream 7, and she will not be the only familiar face we see.
David Arquette should also come back as a former police officer Dewey Riley, with one of the two ghosts OG, Stuart “ Sta ” of Lillard and Scott Foley as a Cris 3Ghostface Roman Bridger.
Are these characters still alive, or the Shout The franchise finally introduces a supernatural element?

It seems that being part of the new Ghostface / Ghostface plan to torment Sidney will be to make him believe that the killers that she defeated in previous films have returned to demand their revenge.
