While test audiences may have had questions about Superman‘s A superhero holder making an unexpected fauna rescue, the co-songwriter of the DC film offered his preview of the highly disputed moment. In a recent interview after Superman Released, James Gunn revealed that some test audiences had challenged the Superman of David Corenswet saving a squirrel while fighting an unleashed Kaiju.
Nevertheless, Gunn decided to keep the moment in the final editing of his film, despite the comments he had received and additional protests from some of his crew. Since then, the central moment has become a major objective of the online discussion and even generated a host of memes and other viral content.
Speak with Screenrant, Superman Co-songwriter David Fleming proposed his reflections on the current debate On Superman Sauvant a squirrel. I somehow think that the squirrel is great. To return to the gang justice being a big flower for Superman, the pleasure of the scene is how random they are against him by trying to make sure that everyone is safe all the time, which is a real characteristic of his character and at the heart of the creation of the character.
So, I think it was the funny dynamic with which James plays there, and it was very fun to make him be this superhero character in steering wheel and there is a lot of collateral damage when [the Justice Gang] come. They tend to make a big waste.
