The rhythm of the Yash Dayal RCB reserved by the police in the event of alleged sexual exploitation

Bengaluru Pacer still to answer because the case is built around the five -year relationship

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal finds himself embroiled in serious legal trouble, with an FIR registered against him in Ghaziabad for alleged sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage. The complaint, filed by a woman claiming to have been in a relationship with Dayal for five years, was initially submitted to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s grievance portal on June 21. A formal FIR was filed on Monday after a preliminary police inquiry.

Dayal arrested under BNS 69?

The woman alleges that Dayal repeatedly promised marriage, introduced her to his family, and established physical intimacy based on those assurances. She has accused the RCB pacer of mental, physical, and emotional abuse, alleging further that he was involved with multiple women during the course of their relationship.

According to a report by IndiaExpress, Dayal has been booked under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deals with sexual acts committed through deception or false promises of marriage. The law carries a sentence of up to 10 years, along with a monetary fine. The FIR has been lodged at the Indirapuram police station.

He repeatedly made physical relations with me by falsely promising marriage and introduced me to his family, who assured that I would be their daughter-in-law. I maintained the relationship with complete honesty and dedication,” the woman said. “I tried to end my life many times because I couldn’t get out of the mental pain, and he and his family kept giving me false assurances. His relationship with other women caused me deep mental trauma and broke me down.”

The woman, who reportedly sought medical help for depression caused by the mental stress of the relationship, alleges that she was manipulated by both Dayal and his family. She claims to possess chats, screenshots, and call records to substantiate her claims. Notably, she has also alleged that other women contacted her with similar experiences, one of whom confronted her with evidence of Dayal’s ongoing affairs.
