The producer of the first steps seems to confirm that Sue Storm will be the leader of the team

Traditionally, the Fantastic Four do not have a leader, although Mister Fantastic frequently led on the page. The invisible woman fulfilled a similar role, especially in recent comics managed by writers like Dan Slott and Ryan North.
