The phillies bring back Taijuan Walker in rotation for the match against Rockies

The Philadelphia Phillies were mediocre after their first 26 games, but they were one of the best Majors teams after their start to the 13-13 season.
Philadelphia has a 17-5 sheet since then and recorded his fifth consecutive victory with a 7-4 victory against Colorado Rockies on Tuesday evening.
The Phillies will seek to continue their good fortune on Wednesday evening during the third competition in a series of four games in Denver.
Philadelphia will send the right-hander Taijuan Walker (1-3, 2.62 ERA) to the mound against the left-handed Rockies Carson Palmquist (0-1, 11.25).
Walker will face Colorado for the second time this season and the 10th time in his career. He launched six laundries against the rocks on April 3, winning the 3-1 victory victory of the Phillies to improve at 4-1 with an MPM of 2.09 against Colorado in his career.
The victory at Philadelphia last month remains his only victory despite a low era during his eight appearances (six departures) this season. He launched the enclosure of the Lights in his last two games, on Wednesday evening which serves as the first departure since May 1.
His teammates scored only two points for him in this outing, but they increased offensively in the first two games in this series. The highest point was the 300th Home Run by Kyle Schwarber during the 9-3 Monday evening victory, a 466 feet shot that left the third deck at Coors Field.
“It’s a cool step,” said Schwarber, 32, who succeeded again on Tuesday evening. “I think the most important thing is that there is much more to come. If they asked Kyle, 12, if he had struck 300 circuits, I would have said:” Probably not. “But I always liked the game, and I didn’t know what he would keep, but it was really kind to me.”
The Phillies will face a launcher who begins his second beginning in a career.
Palmquist, 24, made his debut in the major league on Friday in Arizona when he granted five points in four rounds of an 8-0 defeat against the Diamondbacks.
Despite his gross beginnings, the acting manager of the Rockies, Warren Schaeffer, said that he had seen good things from Palmquist.
“I thought he had contributed. It is a lot to ask for your first major league match, but I love balance, and I thought it was a good first for him,” said Schaeffer. “He attacked the striking area, which you do not always see during the beginnings of a guy. After the first round, he told me that his legs stopped trembling, he settled down and he started pumping strikes. The more he would, the better he will be.”
Palmquist is the seventh player in Colorado and fifth launcher to make his debut in the big league this season. The rocks went to a movement for young people, with 10 players of 25 or less, and this contributed to a departure of 8-40, the worst of the majors in modern times.
Bringing back to the EZEQUIEL TOVAR CUR-CURT of a hip injury has not changed the fortune of the Rockies, but he played well on the ground and on the plate. It is 8 for 17 with two circuits since its return Friday.
