The NS-32 mission to the crew of New Shepard targets takeoff on Saturday May 31

Blue Origin announced today that its next crew flight of new Shepard, NS-32, will take off from the one in the western launch site on Saturday May 31, 2025. The launch window opens at 8:30 am CDT / 1:30 pm UTC. Webdiffusion on Blueorigin.com will start at T-30 minutes (8:00 am CDT / 13:00 UTC).

In addition, Blue Origin published the NS-32 Mission Patch. Some of the integrated symbols include:

  • The symbols of micropuce, speeds and Pi represent the commitment of Amy Medina Jorge to raise the Hispanic representation in the STEM fields.
  • Dr. Gretchen Green is represented by the Caduceus, recognizing his career as a radiologist specializing in the imagery of women.
  • The planets inside the mission number represent Paul Jeris’s passion for space and exploration.
  • KEA Parrot represents the country of origin of Mark Rocket in New Zealand.
  • Jesse Williams is represented by the Gears Bike and the MT. Everest, presenting his passion for the mountains of bicycle and climbing.
  • The blue sky represents the philosophy of Jaime Alemán behind the pursuit of his own objectives – and support others to achieve theirs.

Blue Origin announces the crew of New Shepard’s 32nd mission

Blue Origin announced today the six people flying on its NS-32 mission. The crew includes Aysette Medina Jorge, Dr. Gretchen Green, Jaime Alemán, Jesse Williams, Mark Rocket and Paul Jeris.

This mission is the 12th human flight for the new Shepard program and the 32nd in the general classification. The live webdiffusion on blueorigin.com will start at T-30 minutes. The flight date will be announced soon.

Meet the crew

Aysette (Amy) Medina Jorge

Amy is a STEM teacher of the school and college at the Odyssey Academy in Galveston, Texas. She directed more than 60 spatial experiences and zero severity projects, including flying biometric sensors developed by her students and performing 3D printing in flight as part of a parabolic zero-g flight. Born in Puerto Rico, Amy’s mission is to stimulate Hispanic representation in STEM fields and to put pressure for greater inclusion in science for sub-represented communities. She is the recipient of the STEM Educator AIAA and Challenger Center 2023 Prize, which celebrates educators who go beyond to inspire the next generation of explorers and STEM innovators. The headquarters of Amy is sponsored by similar Farmacias, a Mexican company engaged in social impact and health care accessible through Latin America.

Dr Gretchen Green

Dr. Green is a radiologist specializing in women imagery with over 20 years of clinical experience. Educator, explorer and passionate about life space, she attended a space camp for the first time in 1986, then worked as a team trainer, chaired the Space Camp Alumni Association and now at US Space & Rocket Center Education Foundation Board. Recognized nationally as an expert witness in medicine and entrepreneur, she founded the expert resource to help doctors create companies of expert witnesses and improve patient care. Certified life coach, it allows others to pursue their greatest objective. At the age of 16, she bicycle across the United States to fight hunger and, in 2022, reached the North Pole. Dr. Green trained at Harvard, Yale and Brown, obtaining diplomas from neuroscience, history of medicine and medicine from Brown, and is a proud of Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.

Jaime Germany

Jaime is a Panamanian lawyer, businessman and former ambassador to the United States. A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Notre Dame and Duke, Jaime is the main partner at Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee, a law firm he co -founded in 1985 and sits on the board of directors of one of the largest private banks in Panama. He sits on the board of directors of Special Olympics International, the board of directors of the Duke Law School and the board of directors of the Woodrow Wilson Center America. Adventurer for life, Jaime will become the first person to go to the 193 unrecognized countries, the north and southern poles and space.

Jesse Williams

Jesse is a Canadian entrepreneur and adventurer. He launched his first digital marketing company at the age of 16 and is currently CEO of Car History Group, which he founded in 2012. Competitive cyclist and avid Mountaineer, Jesse admitted six of the seven highest summits on Earth, including Mont Everest and Mont Vinson de l’Alins.

Mark Rocket

Mark is an entrepreneur and a leader in Christchurch technology in New Zealand. He is CEO of Kea Aerospace, who develops stratospheric solar energy drones for air imagery and surveillance, and the president of the New Zealand aerospace, whose mission is to promote the interests of the New Zealand aerospace community. He was a seed investor in Rocket Lab, where he was co -director until 2011.

Paul Jeris

Paul is a real estate promoter and entrepreneur. Inspired by his father engineer from NASA, he became fascinated by space at a young age. He spent his childhood summers on the Florida space coast, looking at the Apollo, Shuttle, Mariner, Voyager and Viking historical launches. Driven by a passion for exploration, Jeris visited more than 149 countries, aimed at seeing each nation. Despite his many adventures, his dream for life is to go to space and see the fragile beauty of the earth from above. In addition to his professional businesses, Paul actively sits on several local and regional tourist councils, restoring the travel industry that has helped shape his life.

New strengths of the Shepard program

To date, the program has piloted 58 humans and more than 175 useful scientific charges above the Kármán line, the international space limit. The ancient Blue Origin astronauts understand:
