The most recent CNN streaming product to make its debut in the fall

CNN’s second attempt to design a streaming product that can court young viewers will make its debut this fall, after a lot of prefiguration of businesses and a growing feeling that its linear service will continue to meet the challenges of the reconstruction of a wider audience.
The leaders of the point of sale supported by the Discovery Warner Bros. have tipped their plans on Tuesday during a meeting of the town hall, according to a person familiar with the issue. The new service will be definitely less flashy than CNN +, an attempt to win younger viewers that was launched in March 2022 and was closed a month later, after Discovery Communications took control of media assets formerly known as Time Warner. CNN has teased its digital plans several times in recent months.
The conversations of the town hall meeting have already been reported by the New York Times. More details should be announced Wednesday when Warner Bros. Discovery presents advertisers as part of the annual “Upfront” advertising sales market in the television industry.
More to come….
