According to police, Kenneth Johnson was seen for the last time Thursday just after 1:30 p.m. with a blue hat, a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, tennis shoes and a silver rod.
It is supposed to be in danger and may require medical assistance.
The police said that Johnson is 7 inch and weighs 138 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
