Chelsea is interested in signing the Barcelona attack midfielder, Fermin Lopez, during the summer transfer window.
The 22 -year -old was linked to the distance from the Spanish champions, and Chelsea hopes to conclude the agreement. According to Fabrizio Romano, they submitted an offer of 40 million euros to sign the player.

The 22 -year -old is a promising young player with a brilliant future, and Barcelona does not want to let him go. Romano claims that the only way the transfer will succeed is if the player decides to force his release. His future is in his hands now.
It will be interesting to see if the player is ready to join Chelsea this summer. It would be quite surprising that he decided to force an outing of his childhood club to join the Premier League team. There is no doubt that moving to the Premier League can be quite exciting, and Chelsea or one of the biggest clubs in the world. However, he already wins major trophies in Barcelona, and he has no reason to move on.

There is no doubt that it would be an excellent long -term investment for the club if they manage to conclude the agreement. The signing of a player of his caliber for 40 million euros could represent a good deal.
