“Hatred disturbed in this country has become out of control,” he wrote in the post.
Miller added that “as a navy, an American proud Jewish and an ardent defender of Israel, I will not hide from this blatant anti -Semitic violence”.
The incident is involved in the heels of a deadly attack on two democratic state politicians in Minnesota and their spouses, an incident that raised the alarm on political violence in the United States.
The legislative of the state Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, were shot dead in their homes on Saturday in what was described as an “assassination with political motivation”. Another legislator, the state senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, were also slaughtered but survived.
Police arrested Vance Luther Boelter as part of Minnesota’s attacks, which, according to investigators, had a list of 70 “targets” which included the names of other Democratic politicians.
President Donald Trump was also the target of political violence, with two assassination attempts against him in 2024.
