The ice stops the illegal immigrant for charges of sex crime after the police released him

Immigration and customs’ application agents (ICE) arrested an illegal immigrant from Guatemala a few hours after his release from Rhode Island authorities despite sexual crimes for multiple children and an active ice owner.

Josue Santiago Perez Gomez, who is illegally lived in the United States, has been accused of attending a minor for commercial sexual activity, indecent solicitation of a child and the purchase of sexual driving for fees, according to ICE.

The Portsmouth police department arrested Perez Gomez on July 12 for these accusations. Ice Boston immediately filed an immigration detainee, but the police did not honor him and Perez Gomez was published a few hours later, Ice said in a press release.

Portsmouth police did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.

Earlier in the day, Ice Boston officers arrested Perez Gomez for an immigration violation and served him a notice of comparison before an immigration judge from the Ministry of Justice.

An ICE spokesperson told Fox News Digital Perez Gomez constituting a “clear threat” for children.

“Josue Santiago Perez Gomez is accused of disgusting and disturbing crimes and represents a clear threat to the children of our Rhode Island communities,” Patricia Hyde wrote in a statement.

“Leaving an alleged sex offender in children the very day of his arrest raises the question: what is the point of stopping him?

“Fortunately, the brave men and women of ice were able to withdraw this criminal foreign pedophile from our streets where local authorities have enabled it to reoffend.”

It is not known when Perez Gomez illegally entered the United States or where he crossed the border.

He was not inspected, admitted or released conditional by an official of American immigration, according to Ice.

Perez Gomez will remain in police custody while waiting for the outcome of his procedure for dismissal, officials said.
