The fortune of the Yankees enclosure can count on these three arms

CHICAGO – An enclosure of the reworked Yankees is about to turn a month.

And although the first yields were widely discouraging, manager Aaron Boone said he still thought that the group became a force when it matters most in the last straight line and in October.

“I still feel very good,” said Boone on Thursday before opening a series of four games against White Sox. “I have the impression that a lot of guys are in a very good place right now. I have the impression that a few guys are starting to take the area too. Obviously, [Fernando] Cruz back in the last two days is another great thing for us. More healthy guys on the way. I always feel like I have a chance to be really good.

David Bednar, who has presented the best of the three addictions (with Camilo Doval and Jake Bird since moved), and Luke Weaver has mainly solidified the rear. But getting there is a work in progress.
