Marc Maron on the anti-Swoke comic strips disappointed by Trump: “ in a penny, for a reichsmark ‘

The actor Marc Maron, when asked MSNBC on Tuesday on the “anti-reveal” comics who supported President Trump but who now feel disappointment, not so subtly compared the Trump administration to Nazi Germany.

“Well, you know. I say, you know, “for a penny, for a Reichsmark,” Do you know? ” Maron joked.

The joke made a warm laugh of the co-host of “Morning Joe”, Joe Scarborough, who, a moment earlier, had asked Maron his point of view on actors who had “the buyer’s remorse” after supporting Trump in the 2024 elections.

“Of course, you can go back anything you want, but an employee is an employee,” said Maron.

The comic strip and the veteran podcaster then declared that he thought that the comedy movement “anti-alarm” became popular because the actors wanted “freedom to say the word R with impunity”. But these actors did not realize, said Maron, that “anti-alarm clock, when applied to politics, would dismantle the entire democratic operation”.

Maron’s comments are intervened after some actors recently shared their dissatisfaction with the Trump administration.

Andrew Schulz, for example, recently torn Trump on his rejection of questions about Jeffrey Epstein, with Schulz saying that the president “tries to cover him”. Joe Rogan also criticized the Trump administration approach to Epstein, as well as the push to expel immigrants who are illegally in the United States.

Maron, on the other hand, did not save his disdain for Trump in the past, and he recently called Bill Maher as a “female dog” to dine with the president.
