Bridges did not appear during the NBA 2022-23 season due to charges. He was suspended for 30 games by the NBA, with 10 of these matches postponed at the start of the 2023-24 season.

He returned to play 69 games in 2023-24, displaying a career summit of 21.0 points per competition for the Hornets. During the 2024-25 season, he collected an average of 20.3 ppg with personal records of 7.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists.
