The former Cowboys CB Kelvin Joseph faces a civil costume after a deadly accident
The former Cowboys corner half, Kelvin Joseph, faces a civil trial after a fatal accident earlier this month.
Adam Fullerton of Fox 4 reports that a Unjustified death trial was deposited in the county of Dallas, claiming serious negligence by Joseph as well as by a Richardson, Texas, Bar and a Strip-Tease club in Dallas. The father of one of the children of Cody Morris continued Joseph, saying that the free agent of the NFL had received alcoholic beverages to the point where he was “visibly poisoned”.
Joseph was arrested and charged with DWI and collision involving bodily injury or death earlier this month after Morris, a 27-year-old motorcyclist, was declared dead on the scene.
The applicant requests more than $ 10 million for pain and mental anxiety, medical care, funeral and burial spending and other damage in the name of Morris’ daughter.
Joseph, a second round of the cowboys in 2021, played two seasons in Dallas before spending time with the dolphins, the Seahawks and the Colts. He appeared in two games for the colts last season, seeing an action in 36 special teams.
