The former boss of Doctor Who reveals the verdict on the regeneration of Billie Piper

However, Piper was not credited as a generic doctor, which has always happened previously when a new player is presented as the Time Traveler. This decision has caused a lot of confusion as to whether Piper will play the sixteenth doctor or not.
Asked to find out if he thought she is ready to play the doctor, Moffat told Radotimes.com: “I really have no initiate information, but they have covered their bets.
“They didn’t say [she’s the Doctor] So I don’t know. I don’t even know if they know it! “”
Obviously, he is in the same boat as us! However, with the other showrunners, Moffat is only qualified to find out what makes a large doctor.
When asked what he was looking for in a doctor and what qualities the sixteenth doctor should have – that he ends up being piper or someone else – he shared: “Attractive, but strange. There is something quite strange, a kind of benevolence, benevolent, slightly incompetent of a human being. The doctor is never quite right.”
Moffat added: “He really tries, or she really tries. [They’re] Not quite there. “I’m really cool because I have a bow tie”. “I have a nice costume. “I put my coaches. There is just something offbeat about them.
“Above all, it is someone that small children would like to run and take it [person’s] hand and feel absolutely safe. This is what the doctor is talking about. Somewhere between Indiana Jones and Willy Wonka. “”
He added: “But there must also be an edge, slightly dangerous – the most dangerous [person] in the universe. All these things. It is a major challenge. “”
Piper recently talked about his return to Doctor Who, telling Florida Supercon: “It’s a field of mines. I really have to get involved with the way I answer that. All I can say is that I was approached at the last minute, and I can’t talk about what ability, but I found it very emotional to film and I think it’s a very great end.
“As in, I just found it quite moving, and it was really fun to film because it had such a like coat and dagger to do it. So, yes, I have to lie a lot about everything that is to be seen with Doctor Who, it seems.”
