The FIR has deposited against the Pace RCB Yash Dayal for allegations of sexual exploitation and mental harassment

In a shocking development, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) pacer Yash Dayal was appointed to a FIR tabled by the Uttar Pradesh police. The case was recorded in Ghaziabad following a complaint by a woman who alleged that Dayal was involved in sexual exploitation, emotional manipulation and abuse under the false promise of marriage.

FIR posed against Yash Dayal for an alleged sexual exploitation

A superior police officer told the media that an FIR had been recorded against the cricket player Yash Dayal in PS Indiirapram, under article 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), for sexual exploitation, physical violence, mental harassment and cheating by making false marriage promises by a woman.

In the FIR, the woman alleged that Dayal gave herself to a physical relationship with her over a long period by deceiving her with wedding promises. She said he had presented her to her family, who gave him the impression that she would finally become their daughter-in-law. According to her, she remained fully attached to the relationship, both emotionally and mentally.

“I was in a relationship with him for 5 years. He had physical relationships with me under the false promise of marriage. He introduced me to his family and they treated me like their daughter-in-law. But, the truth is that he used the relationship for physical and mental exploitation. Whenever I questioned him about his relations with other women, I was subjected to physical torture. The FIR indicated as indicated by NDTV.

The woman also accuses Dayal for mental manipulation

The woman also alleged that Yash Dayal Later, apologized to try to manipulate her emotionally. She said that her actions had mentally shattered, eroding her self -confidence and creating a feeling of dependence – both financially and emotionally. She also said that the psychological torment pushed her several times on the edge of the drop, leading her to try to commit suicide several times when she was fighting to face mental suffering.

“But he apologized later for manipulating me. I was mentally broken because of this behavior. He broke my confidence in me and made me dependent on him – both financially and mentally. I suffered from depression for a while and it was not difficult for me to lead a normal life. I tried to hurt suicide on several occasions because I could not face mental torture,” She added further.
