But an actor who feels left out so as not to be invited to the boat with Ulysses is the best friend of Matt Damon’s life, Ben Affleck. Affleck joined his co-star of “The Accountant 2” (and previously mentioned the actor of “The Odyssey”) Jon Bernthal on the speech of Chèvre de Complex, in which he was invited to appoint “the goat film in which you were not, but should have been?”
The two actors quickly admit that there is no film in which they “should” be thrown, but on the subject of the film in which they “wanted”, Affleck quickly distinguishes “The Odyssey” as one of these films:

“If I had to obsess something, it would be more about the way I really saw myself as a director. I think that is what, if you asked me, is there something for which you would like to be recognized for? If you choose one thing, I would say it was that. But I don’t think that I was refused or thwarted.
Having to look at one of the lives live in the flesh is a rare opportunity, and it is easy to see why Affleck would do everything you need to get on this set, even for a day. But given the fact that the opening tickets of the evening for “The Odyssey” have already sold 365 days before he fell into theaters on July 17, 2026, he is sure to say that Affleck is not the only one to shake in the shade of Shadow Christopher Nolan on the set.
