Indiana has abandoned its last two games, the two defeats in New York on each side of the stars’ break. The fever actually led 67-60 against the title champions of the WNBA with a little more than two minutes remaining in the third quarter on Tuesday, but the Liberty disturbed 15 points unanswered to increase and never abandoned the advance en route towards a victory of 98-84.
Star goalkeeper Kelsey Mitchell had a big evening on Tuesday, marking 29 points out of 11 shots, his second biggest outing of the season.
The ASs won three consecutive games to reach 0,500 overruns. The triple MVP of Wnba A’ja Wilson continues to direct the attack on Las Vegas. Wilson ranks second in the WNBA by scoring 22.4 points per match, second in rebound (9.3 per competition), and first in blocks (2.4 per game). Wilson was in tears during the Las Vegas victories sequence, recording three double consecutive doubles and on average 31.7 points and 12.7 rebounds over this period.
Beyond Wilson, Jackie Young has an average of 16.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists for Las Vegas. Chelsea Gray contributes 12 points, 4 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game, while Jewell Loyd adds 11 points and 4.3 rebounds.
