It’s about the same story to Link Awakening. The fine details are much more visible and 3D is less alias because the Switch 2 performs the game at a higher resolution. Even the fairly aggressive background that the game uses seems to be attenuated on the Switch 2.

The videos of these games are not entirely as impressive as Pokémon These, but they give you an idea of the higher resolution on switch 2 and the way in which the small hiccup endemic to the frequency of endemic images is no longer a problem.
Silent updates
For the last two categories of games, we will not be so poetic on graphic improvements because there are not many. In fact, some of these games we played seemed always less worse on the Switch 2 in portable mode, probably a side effect of a 720p portable fashion image being increased to the native 1080p resolution of the Switch 2.

That said, we have always noticed minor graphic improvements. In Kirby Star AlliesFor example, the 3D elements of the image were generally identical, with roughly the same resolution, the same textures and the frequencies of similar overall images. But the 2D elements of the user interface always seemed to be aware that the console extends a 4K image and is visibly clearer accordingly.
Games without updates
If you hoped that all games would get a kind of “free” resolution or an increase in image frequency from Switch 2, this does not mainly happen. Games like The return of Kirby to Dream Land Deluxe And Pokémon Legends ArceusNeither has a specific update to Switch 2, seem mainly identical on the two consoles. If you get closer and make pixels, you can occasionally Seeing the places where the release of a 4K image instead of a 1080p image will be more beautiful on a 4K TV, but it is nothing like what we have seen in the other games that we tested.

However, it seems that switch 2 can Help somewhat in terms of performance consistency. Observe the images of a character flowing in the city Pokémon Legends –The resolution, the drawing distance and the frequency of global images are all the same. But declines and attempts at the frequency of minor images that you see on switch 1 seem to have been at least partially Addressed on switch 2. Your mileage will vary, of course. But you can Meet cases where a game targeting a stable of 30 IPS on switch 1 will hit these 30 IPS with a little more consistency on Switch 2.
