The fans question the limited minutes of LSU Star in the FIBA AMERICUP final is winning compared to Brazil

The LSU star, Flau’jae Johnson, obtained his first international title as part of the United States team at FIBA Americup in Chile. The United States team beat Brazil 92-84 in the final on Sunday, but Johnson saw a limited action, playing only three minutes.
It was no different in victory in the semi-finals against Canada, while Johnson played three minutes and caught a rebound. After his limited playing time in the final, fans expressed their dissatisfaction with X (formerly Twitter), questioning coach Kara Lawson to keep a Johnson caliber player on the bench.
Here are some of the reactions:
“Wait, do this coach and Flau’ja have a problem? It becomes uncontrollable at this stage,” wrote one of them.
“Facts! I can’t wait to play Duke this season, because not playing her after his game before the last behavior,” said another.
“I’m sorry but only play Flau’jae for 3 minutes is crazy .. SMH I’m sorry Flau that they have lost your time!”, Added.
“I’m not able to watch the game fibacup. Why isn’t Flau’jae burning?”, Asked another.
“Flau’jae was everywhere in the marketing campaign for this americup but she cannot get…. Nevermind🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️… It is a false🧐😬🧐😬”, reads a comment.
“Kara’s decision not to play Flaujae was personal. If your beef is with Kim Mulkey, then take this with Kim. But don’t take it on her players,” said another.
Some fans were worried if Johnson was injured, which could explain his lack of playing time.
Flau’jae Johnson delivered his best performance in the quarterfinals against the Dominican Republic
Despite a limited action throughout the FIBA Americup, where Flau’jae Johnson only played an average of 11.8 minutes in seven games, she experienced an out -of -competition performance in the quarter -final match.
Against the Dominican Republic, Johnson saw 20 minutes of action – the most she played in the tournament – and posted 22 points, seven rebounds and four interceptions.
In the group stage, Johnson barely played 20 minutes in one of the four games. She scored three points against Chile during the opening match, five against Puerto Rico and was chosen aimlessly against Colombia and Mexico.
With only three minutes of playing time through the semi-final and the final, Johnson failed to score in both games.
