The Ministry of Justice and the FBI found no evidence that the financier in disgrace and the sex offender condemned Jeffrey Epstein had a “list of customers” or that he made eminent associates sing.
The conclusions are included in a two -page memo describing the “exhaustive examination” that the ministry made the Epstein files in its possession. The memo also indicates that after an “in -depth investigation”, the FBI noted that Epstein died by suicide, which aligns the previous conclusions of the ministry.
The results contradict the previous declarations of the Attorney General Pam Bondi on an alleged list of Epstein customers. And it is not clear if the service note will stamp continuous public skepticism about the case of Epstein, in particular its suicide.
Epstein died in a federal locking in New York in August 2019 while waiting for a trial on federal accusations of sex trafficking. His death has fueled numerous conspiracy theories, especially on the far right, because of his ties with rich and powerful and continuous speculation surrounding his death.

Axios was the first to report on the note.
Bondi has long promised to publish documents from the Epstein survey. She made public a small batch of files in February and declared that this decision was part of the administration’s commitment to transparency and the lifting of the veil on the disgusting actions of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators “.
This same month, she told Fox News in an interview that the list of Epstein customers was “sitting on my desk at the moment to revise”.
More than four months later, the Memo of the Department contradicts it directly.
“This systematic review has not revealed any” list of incriminating customers “. No credible evidence also found that Epstein has made eminent individuals sing in the context of its actions,” said the memo. “We have not revealed any evidence that could predict an investigation against non -loaded third parties.”
Asked on Monday on the previous remarks of Bondi, the press secretary of the White House, Karoline Leavitt, tried to play the gap.
“She said all of all the documents, the whole document in relation to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes,” Leavitt told journalists. “This is what the Attorney General was referring, and I will let her speak for that.”
Leavitt added that the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI occurred, in the direction of Trump, to perform an exhaustive examination of Epstein materials “and that is what they did, and they provided the results of this. It is transparency”.

Suicide in accordance with previous results, medical evidence
The unsigned memo indicates that the FBI and the Department followed its investigation files linked to Epstein – digital research on databases, hard drives, network players and physical research of cabinets, offices and cupboards – to find all relevant materials.
Epstein died by suicide on August 10, 2019 at the Metropolitan Correction Center in New York, according to the memo. He notes that the conclusions are in accordance with the previous results, including those of the main medial examiner in the city, the American prosecutor’s office in Manhattan and the Inspector General of the Doj.
He indicates that the conclusion that his death was by suicide is also supported by video sequences in the common area of the penitentiary unit where Epstein was held when he died.

“Anyone entering or tempting to enter the level where the Epstein cell was… would have been captured by these images,” said the memo. “The independent review of the FBI of these images confirmed that from the moment Epstein was locked in its cell around 10:40 pm on August 9, 2019, until about 6:30 am the next morning, nobody entered any of the levels.”
The director of the FBI, Kash Patel, and the deputy director Dan Bongino previously raised questions on the official account of Epstein and his death. Since he took the best jobs at the office, they have publicly declared that Epstein had committed suicide.
The two men were faced with the online reaction of conspiracy theorists.
The memo indicates that there are more than 1,000 victims of Epstein abuses and that sensitive information on these people is contained in the investigation files. He indicates that the fight against the exploitation of children and justice to the victims are important priorities and that “perpetuating theories not based on Epstein does not serve any of these ends”.
“To this end, although we have worked to provide the public with maximum information concerning Epstein and ensured the examination of all evidence in possession of the government, it is the determination of the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Investigation Office that no other disclosure would be appropriate or justified,” said the memory.
