We reported on the ridiculous rant of the leader of the minority of the Hakeem Jeffries room (D-NY) which lasted about eight and a half hours in opposition to the “Big Beautiful Bill”.
It was a complete failure. The bill was adopted and people made fun of Jeffries.

As we pointed out, Jeffries’ remarks were so little inspiring that Democrats like representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) fell into it. Another democrat did what is a fairly overwhelming admission.
“The base wants to see certain things and we have to show them these things, otherwise they do not believe that we are fighting hard enough,” said a Democrat in the Chamber in Axios.
This Democrat in the Chamber then said: “Much of the policy turned into a showtime, and we therefore have time.”
So, even if they knew that it was not going to change anything, it was the performance of their base. This is all that the Democrats are now – a bad art of performance and a “showtime”. This is what they try to sell their base rather than results. And they wonder why they lose voters.

They shouldn’t have lost everyone’s time. They should have voted with the Republicans, not for a significant increase in the American people. But at least Jeffries beat the speaking file! – While they were going down an ignominious defeat, and no one cared about everything he said. Jeffries’ ineptia probably helped the Republicans to win.
